Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the “Company” or “FineVintners” will mean Fine Vintners Limited and the “Customer” will mean any person, firm, company or body which places an order with the Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchase.

Sales
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18.

All sales are subject to our final confirmation. All wines are subject to stock Availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Reservation of wines through telephone, email, mail are accepted

Limited quantity, while stocks last

Each Customer is entitled to buy maximum 1 bottle of the above promotion item

Pre-arrival items are available for reservation through telephone, email and fax 

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice, except for approved trade account. Method of payment may be in the form of HKD check or by bank transfer or cash on delivery. Please allow 3 working days for payment to clear before goods may be released. No credit or debit cards will be accepted


Wine Conditions
The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages, Claims(if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline +852 6979 0636 at the time of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
Ullage of all wines offered are top shoulder or better, unless otherwise stated. Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels and corks for old wines. We do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines.

Delivery
FineVintners offers FREE delivery service for purchases over HK$8,000. For orders under HK$8,000, delivery charges are as follow:

HK Island: $230, Kowloon: $180, NT: $180

Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, New Territories and Kowloon, and is not available to outlying islands. For delivery to the outlying islands, please consult as.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

Storage
During extreme weather, we are happy to store your purchases at no charge in our temperature-controlled warehouse until conditions are suitable for delivery

Delivery
FineVintners shall not be liable for any delay or failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Law and Jurisdiction
All sales and contracts are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
